A 30-minute discovery call, your existing assets (logos, menus, service lists, photos), and a primary contact for approvals. We provide content prompts, shot lists, and scripts so gathering materials is fast and organized.
Absolutely. We audit every page, map redirects, migrate content, and set up analytics and Google Business so rankings and historical data stay intact. Launch includes QA on multiple devices.
It’s collaborative. You share raw details and testimonials; we polish messaging, craft AI-assisted drafts, and curate stock or coordinate local photographers so visuals feel like your brand.
A 25% deposit reserves your build slot, 50% is due after design approval, and the final 25% is paid at launch. Maintenance or SEO retainers are billed monthly with a 30-day cancellation window.
You receive training videos, SOPs, and password management plus a 30-day optimization audit focused on analytics, leads, and quick wins. We can continue on retainer or hand off a complete playbook to your team.
Yes. We join your Slack or email threads, provide reusable design systems, and schedule working sessions so in-house teams can iterate confidently. Ownership remains with you at every step.
We recommend managed hosting partners, configure domains, SSL, and backups. If you choose a maintenance plan, we monitor uptime and security; otherwise, we hand off setup documentation for your provider.
